We are a family business, my name is James Roberts, I am a fully qualified Electrician based in Bishop's Stortford with over 25 years experience in the electrical industry and happy to look at anything from installing new light fittings to complete new installations. We cover mainly the local area around Bishops Stortford, Great Dunmow, Sawbridgeworth, Takely, Braintree, Chelmsford and also have many customers in the Cambridge area.

We have been installing CCTV, Intruder Alarms and Fire Alarms for over 25 years. We have recently been installing lots of wireless intruder alarms and find that we get less issues with these than the hard wired systems, this is due to modern wireless technology. We try to stick with the same manufacturers, Visonic for the wireless alarms, Texecom for the hard wired and Hikvision for CCTV

Due to the amount of Hot Tub owners and the increase in Hot Tub sales, it became apparent for the requirement of qualified electricians to become involved in this industry. I have found that many Hot Tubs have not been correctly installed and maintained. This is why I did the Certified Hot Tub Technicians Course (CHTT), with that and being an electrician we have now made hundreds of Hot Tubs safer to use
